What counts as a qualifying lead

A qualifying lead is a form submission or a phone call that comes through your website from a homeowner in your service area asking about a service you offer. Spam, vendors, job applicants, and existing customers don’t count.

When the 90 days start

The 90 days start the day your new website goes live on your domain.

How to request the refund

If you haven’t received a qualifying lead by the end of the 90 days, email us within 30 days after that date. We refund the $750 launch fee. The monthly hosting fee is not refunded, and you keep the website and the domain.
